I understand that if I am denied entry to the Northern Tavern due to over intoxication I will not be allowed on the Bus or if I am removed from this event I am not eligible for a refund.
I understand that a refund will only be given if requested before 5:00pm 13th November 2023. To request this refund I must email iyp.newzealand@gmail.com with my bank account details.
I understand that this is an 18+ event. If I do not produce appropriate proof of my age and am consequently denied entry to the listed venues I understand I am not eligible for a refund.
I understand the bus departs the Northern Tavern Invercargill 6pm sharp. If I miss the bus departing I understand I am not eligible for any refund.
I understand drinking on the bus is permitted, however no red wine or jelly shots must be taken or cunsumed onboard.
I understand no smoking or vaping is permitted on board the bus at any time.
I understand no fighting, illegal substances or inappropriate behaviour will be tolerated and will result in the passenger being dropped at the nearest safe facility to find their own way home and at their own expense.
I understand passengers are personally liable for the full cost of any willful or reckless damage that occurs on the bus caused by them over the duration of the event.
I understand any property left on the bus is at my own risk.
We understand covid is still prevalent in the community and in the event you are unable to attend the bus trip you may gift or onsell your ticket to someone else. IYP will need to be notified of any occurrences of this.
